Friday on the 08:45

above is a list of who i shared the carriage with this morning on the 08:45 to ol' London town

Nope... i kid you not.. well, ok i slightly kid you but the above were, if not them, there doubles.  Gilberto seems to be a regular on this train each day but the others i have not seen before.  Maybe they are new to this 'madness' we call commuting ? who knows, either way if they are gonna become regulars i shall keep you informed.

I arrived slightly earlier than normal this morning due mainly to new shoes!  I seem to cover more ground in new 'shoes'.. not sure why.

Anyway... 

there i was sitting on the outside seat at a table, leaving the window seat obviously, half way down the train with lots of spare seats all around me... when in comes 'smelly boy' who shall remain nameless, which to be fair is quite easy as i have no idea who it is!!!   

Now let me tell you about 'smelly boy' he is your quintessential skateboarder dude, the type that has wealthy enough parents but chooses to 'rebel' and dress as scruffy as he possibly can, listens to drum and bass, has all the trendy magazines, duff trainers and piercing's all over the place, crazy hair and no doubt would love to be an extra in skins on channel 4!

Why the smell you ask ? .. .. you know what... im not sure, maybe it's 'trendy' to not wash under the arms in today's society ! Forget knifes and gangs... not washing that's where it's at !!  

We also had Italian hoodie's on the train this morning.. i dont think they were wearing hoodie's to look 'ard' (drop the 'H' it sounds more street!) .. .. i reckon they were cold !  Strange though, people wear hoodie's and instantly look aggressive, shame really, stereotyping is alive and well on the 08:45.

A man who looks like he's from Mars has just awoken with a loud snort... quite funny.. ..  the lady next to him just jumped out of her skin !! classic !!

Welcome to my blog.. .. 

Im a newbie to this blogging lark so please bare with me.. but what i have to say is quite important.. well it's not that important but i am going to share anyway.. I am someone who encounter's something on an almost daily basis that i want to tell the world about.

Now, what's my story ? Well, my crazy ramblings and thoughts are not that of a madman they are in fact observations of the people and situations that occur to me and millions of others, which... i am reliably informed, is in fact referred to as

"commuting". 

Yes yes that madness !

Do you ever find yourself sitting on the train making your way from, say Brighton and having read your 'free' Metro, just cleared up the spilt coffee that has gone all over the table due to the lid not being fastened down correctly and soaked various other Metro's, thus making you look like a tit only to peer out of the window and see that you have only made it as far as Haywards Heath !! One then realizes that you still have 35 minutes to go before you reach your destination.. then..... 

it happens....

The mind wanders into a very strange place where you find yourself 'people watching'.. .. i'm sure you've been there ? Well this in a shell of nuts is what this blog is all about.  It's just me, my thoughts, observations (which most people keep to themselves) written down for your pleasure.  The people i observe will remain nameless but.... you know who you are....... you are being watched.
